If you have questions on scheduling or you are looking for last minute openings text or call (815)914-8899. These are general hours and may change. 

 I recommend booking a Massage at least two weeks in advance and for evening's and weekend's it may be best to book 3 weeks in advance.  I do have last minute openings at times,  so please contact me if you are looking for that.

 

If you have been vaccinated I ask that you wait one week after the shot to schedule a massage. Just in case you have a negative reaction to the vaccine. This is in accordance with the  Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals guidelines.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

COVID-19 Cancellations- No 24 hour notice is necessary if you call with any Covid-19 symptoms 

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the 50% of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.


Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
